The machine is designed for punching the two positioning holes and the chip fixing holes forRFID Card Inlay sheets in a precise and flexible way.
One-time punching can ensure the relative position accuracy of chip fixing holes and positioning holes. Its main advantage is that it can avoid the trouble and time-consuming of repeatedly adjusting the size and position of the punching mould in the old generation hole puncher. This equipment does not need to adjust the relative position of the punching mould, and can punch the holes in different sheet layout, which can greatly improve the production efficiency. Meanwhileit can punch more sheets (3-5 sheets) one time.
The numbers and relative position of punched holes can be adjusted by setting touch screen parameters, and multiple groups of working parameters can be saved inside for the convenience to be called back and used in the future production.
