All-in-one IC Card Milling and Embedding Machine/Contact IC Card Slot Milling and Chip Embedding Machine/IC Card Miller and Chip Implanter YIME-1
All-in-one IC Card Milling and Embedding Machine YIME-1 is integrated with card body slot milling (1 milling station), chip cutting and placing, chip embedding (1 embedding) and testing in one pass.
Basic configuration:
Card feeding magazines (one) –overlapped card detection unit (one)-slot milling station (one)-dust absorber-Chip tape convey-punch station(one)-chip pick-place station(one)-heating heads (two)-cooling head (one)-ATR checking station (one)-Card Collection magazine (one)-bad card collection unit(one)
Technical Features:
● It includes several standard module milling programs fitting to different requirements with parameters modification conveniently.
●The milling stations can mill different profiles as per the setting by touch screen.
● Z-axis moving is realized through guide and ball screw driven by high precision servomotor, to provide the accurate milling depth. Special tool changing program make tool changing is fast and convenient.
● the special card correction structure can ensure high precision of slot milling and chip embedding.
● Servo motor working with high precision guider and lead screw makes module transfer more stable and reliable. Module transfer position can be changed easily.
● Special design for hot press station can ensure module sticking to plastic card tightly. It is convenient to change the hot pressers.
● Double-card detection function is available to avoid wrong card sending from feeding magazine.
● PLC is applied to control automatic operation for faster calculation speed. Automatic alarm will start in case of any errors.
