This machine is designed to punch the plastic cards in an automatic and speedy way with the high efficient card collection and sorting system. It is controlled automatically by PLC program, and the Chinese and English bilingual touch screen is available with a friendly man-machine interface.

• The CCD vision inspection system cooperates with the UVW correction platform to search for positioning, feeding and punching. The position parameters of each punching point are adjustable with high precision.
• high-power servo motor is used as punching power, which has the advantages of low noise, fast speed, stable power and adjustable punching speed.
• It has the advanced card sorting structure with the adjustable card pick-and-placing position, which can ensure the stability and reliability of card collection andsorting operation.
• After the cards are punched,they can be automatically collected and sorted separately according to the printed pattern layout. It is especially suitable for punching business cards and the sheets with a variety of different patterns on the same sheet.
• The PLC program controls automatic operation,it can realize real-time monitoring thecard output, automatic shutdown and alarm in case of abnormal situations.
