★ Function and Application Introduction
This machine model is known as the most economic automatic card puncher. It features compact structure, reliable performance, economic price and full automatic operation. It is controlled automatically by the PLC program, and the Chinese and English bilingual touch screen is working with a friendly man-machine interface. Firstly, the high-sensitivity laser sensor and two groups of stepping system are used to realize the longitudinal search and positioning, and then the servo motor drives the high-precision ball screw module to carry out the transverse sheet positioning and feeding, which is featuring high speed and high precision. The automatic sheet picking and feeding system can greatly reduce the work intensity of the operator.

★ KeyFeatures- The feeding and conveying system adopts the servo motor for conveying, and the material picking and placing position is adjustable.
- The punching feed is driven by servo motor and fed by high-precision ball screw module. The position parameters of each punching point are adjustable with high precision.
- It uses high-power servo motor as punching power, with the features of low noise, fast speed, stable power, and adjustable punching speed, when it is needed to punch cards of different thickness , the punching effect is better.
