Function Description
Automatic IC Card Milling Machine YIM-4000+ is designed for milling the slot or cavity for IC chip implanting on plastic card surface in a precise and speedy way.  It features robust design, reliable performance and fully automatic operation.  It is controlled by PLC, which can well ensure easy parameter setting and stable performance.      

Basic configuration:
Card feeding magazines (two) –slot milling station #1-slot milling station #2-depth detection stations (two)(optional)-dust absorber -Card Collection magazines (two)

• Double-card conveying system can ensure that two cards are milled at the same time in a speedy way.  
• Three-shaft positioning control system drives servo motor to mill the slots of plastic cards.
• The parameters of each shaft can be adjusted respectively, and the milling precision can’t be affected by the diameter tolerance of the milling tool.
• If such problems as card overlapping, wrong card direction or wrong milling depth (checked by the optional depth detection station), the machine will automatically alarm and stop.
